The Adventure Boot Camp is a four-week outdoor program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling & motivational training – packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Exercises include: core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile), lunges, muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, obstacle courses, PAR course, push-ups, Pilates, surprises and more!
